CrossTrace provides digital intelligence and data services — reports, monitoring, and daily wallet-status updates — that are produced and delivered immediately using public blockchain data. Because of the nature of these services, all sales are final and no refunds are offered, whether for one-off reports or recurring subscriptions.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period, and renewal charges already taken are non-refundable.
One-off reports are charged as a single payment and, once the order is placed and work has begun or the report delivered, the payment is non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded. Where you have a statutory right that applies, that right is unaffected by this policy.
