The terms on which we provide the CrossTrace service.
Last updated: 2 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the CrossTrace website and services provided by Rondanini Publishing Ltd ("CrossTrace", "we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
CrossTrace produces intelligence and reports on the dormancy, value, and status of crypto wallets using public blockchain data only. We offer on-demand reports, ongoing monitoring, and a daily wallet-status email. We do not recover, unlock, transfer, custody, or claim crypto assets, and we perform no private-key, seed, or password recovery.
Our deliverables are evidence and intelligence, not advice. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Dormancy is an observation of on-chain inactivity and is not proof of abandonment, loss, or legal ownership. Any action concerning dormant assets requires independent professional advice and due process.
You agree to use the service lawfully and only in relation to wallets and matters you are entitled to investigate. You must not use the service to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others, or attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Given the nature of the service, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Please see our Refund Policy for full detail.
The platform, site content, and report formats are owned by Rondanini Publishing Ltd. Reports we deliver to you may be used for your own matter; you may not resell or redistribute the platform or its outputs as a competing service.
The service is provided "as is". On-chain data and third-party sources may be incomplete or delayed, and valuations are estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy & GDPR notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Questions? Contact crosstrace@berta.one.
